Convenience
Do you lose more work time than you should every time you have a computer issue? Do you have to stop what you’re working on to take the equipment to be repaired, hoping that your computer is fixed in a reasonable amount of time?
Instead of all that hassle, let us come to you. We can troubleshoot and often repair your computer at your location. If a great deal of time is required to repair the system, then we can complete the repair on-site, or take the computer to our location to complete the repair. Then, once it’s repaired, we can deliver it back to your location and hook it up to get you running as soon as possible.
Our on-site service is a first-come, first-served service. We try to respond to every service call within 24 hours during the week. But if there is a high volume of repair calls, then it might take a little longer. We are as punctual as possible so you’re not sitting around waiting, wondering what time our technician will show up. We respect and value your time.
After-hours Repair
Do you run a business on evenings or weekends? Are you only available to meet a repairman on an evening or weekend? We offer after-hours emergency repair.
We keep most parts and equipment in stock so we can complete repairs right away. Or if needed, we can replace your equipment that has failed.
Our technician’s come fully equipped and prepared to troubleshoot and resolve the issue on-site. The goal is to get your system up and running again as soon as possible. We know downtime affects your business, and we will do our best to minimize that time.
Preventing Breakdowns
If you have frequent breakdowns and you’re not sure why, ask about an evaluation of your current computer system and setup. Often, businesses purchase their equipment all at one time, which means it ages and reaches the end of its lifespan at the same time. But other times, there are other issues going on.
We can come to you to complete an evaluation of your computer equipment. We will open them up, clean the dust off, check the specifications and typical longevity for the equipment, and offer our assessment.
Tips for Keeping Your Computers Running
If you’re using a laptop, it’s really important to use it while it’s on a firm, flat surface. The equipment inside your laptop will heat up during use, and it’s vital that the equipment doesn’t overheat. To prevent overheating, use on a firm, flat surface is recommended because this allows the laptop to vent itself as it should.
Another tip with laptops is to transport them when they are powered down, and only do so in a case designed for the laptop. Bumps and jolts aren’t the best for laptops. Try to cushion that with a proper computer bag that keeps the laptop secure.
Routine maintenance is also important to any machine. This means opening it up and making sure all vent holes are free of debris and dust. Other maintenance is needed, such as defragmenting the hard drive and cleaning out old files and programs that are no longer used. We can help you with the maintenance. Ask for a quote.
