You can bring your computer or device to us, and we begin working on it as soon as possible. We complete most repairs within 48 hours of receiving your device. If we need to order parts and the repair will take longer, we will let you know.

We offer in-store rates as well as on-site service and rates. If you’d prefer we come to you to simplify your life, we can certainly do that. Contact us today.

Cleanup Service

Do you have malware or a virus on your laptop or desktop computer? We can clean it up for you. Even if you don’t have a virus, we can clean up your computer.

Our cleanup service includes an examination of the hardware in your computer. We dust it off, clean it up, and assess it’s longevity. If it appears that a piece of hardware within your computer is coming to the end of its life, then we will let you know our assessment as well as our recommendation for action. It may mean simply replacing a hard drive which we can complete before returning the computer, or it might be something more serious.

If it would be more cost-effective to replace the system instead of repairing it, we will offer that recommendation with our assessment prior to repairing it.

If you choose to keep and not repair a failing system, then we also offer backup solutions. In the event that your computer does fail, make sure you won’t lose all of your data.

Commercial Services

Are you a business owner? While you’re in the store, ask about IT managed services. We can become your IT department so you never have to make a trip to the store again (unless you really want to, of course).

We offer on-site service and repairs and remote support for other technical issues.

Home Computer Repair

Do you need computer repairs on your computer at home? Whether you’ve recently seen the blue screen of death or you’ve experienced sudden slow downs and frequent crashes, we can help. Bring the computer in and we will get to work. We will let you know how much it will cost for an evaluation, and then we will offer you a free quote for repairs once we’ve pinpointed the issue.

If you need to replace hardware, we will also take a look at the rest of the computer to give you an evaluation of whether it will be more cost-effective to replace computer instead of the broken part. Whatever the issue, we will get right to work on repairing your computer. Most repairs only take us one to two business days. We keep a variety of parts on hand to make sure we can complete the most common computer repairs quickly. If your computer needs a part that needs to be special ordered, we will give you an estimated date of completion for the computer repairs.
