If you are wanting to do a one-time purchase of Microsoft Office for your computer please use the link below to make your purchase.
However, if you are interested in getting a Microsoft subscription please contact us to help you set up a Microsoft Tenant for your business.
You will need to know the following:
- You will need to set up an account with Microsoft to activate licenses. If you already have a Microsoft Tenant for your business, you cannot use your business email for this account. You have two options to keep track of your licenses in the future.
- You can set up a Microsoft account for every computer you are adding a license to. We suggest pcname@outlook.com – for example PC002@outlook.com. This will allow you to keep track of one Microsoft Account per computer.
- Alternatively, you can set up a generic Microsoft account – companyname@outlook.com and have many licenses within that one account. However, you will need to keep track of which product key belongs to which computer you install Office on. The Microsoft account does not have a way to assign computer names to license keys. You will need to track that outside of your Microsoft account.

- If you ever need to reinstall this software you will need to be able to access this account in the future. Otherwise, you will need to purchase the software again. Keeping track of the username, password, product key, and associated computer is very important.
- If you are having us prepare a system to put on your network please call us with the username and password for the account so we can have Office installed and activated for you ahead of time. You can also coordinate with us ahead of time regarding the PC name if you would like.
